Can I make changes to my order after it's placed?
Yes! As long as you have not received a shipping confirmation email, we can still make changes to your order. Please reach out to us through email or phone and we will be happy to make any adjustments for you!
Can I check the status/tracking for my order?
Once your order is placed, you should receive an order confirmation email. Please allow 48 hours for a shipping confirmation email. Item should be expected within 5-10 business days of ordering. Please reach out to us if you did not receive either or these confirmation emails.
What is your shipping policy?

What is Route Shipping Insurance?
Route shipping insurance insures your package should it get lost, stolen, or damaged in transit to you. Route makes it easy to file a claim. If you opt out of Route, we are unable to replace stolen or damaged items.
What is your return and exchange policy?

Can I return or exchange sale items?
Products listed as sale are still eligible for a return or exchange, please reach out to us with any requests!
How long will my return take to process?
After returned product has been received, it usually takes 24-48 hours for the refund to process.
How do I return a gift?
Provide the order number, name of the person that bought the gift for you, or bring the item in store for an exchange.
